Survival RPG 5: Pirate Adventure is the fifth instalment in the wonderful retro Survival series by Bew Games, beginning with The lost treasure, Temple ruins, Lost in Time and Haunted Manor.
It’s the same process, you build up from collecting simple sticks and berries to making more complex items, smelting metal for more powerful weapons and food recipes. There are also treasure maps to track down.
Pirate Adventure also features different modes of travel which enable you to cross deeper seas and eventually fly. Quests, Tasks and Maps all unlock hints by watching ads. A bonus feature at the end of the game has the map show you any secret you hadn’t discovered, making it easy to go back and 100%+ complete the game.
(Hint: the sushi recipe is a waste of red dragon crystals – get the Combat Lesson upgrade first. You can eventually collect enough crystals for everything but it can be a struggle to find the remaining ones, so make the Combat one a priority).
