Survival RPG 4: Haunted Manor is the fourth instalment in the wonderful retro Survival series by Bew Games, beginning with The lost treasure followed by Temple ruins and Lost in Time.
It’s the same process, you build up from collecting simple sticks and berries to making more complex items, smelting metal for more powerful weapons and food recipes. There are also treasure maps to track down.
Haunted Manor features a very interesting time-travel element – you eventually unlock time travel gates, and will need to hop backwards and forwards between the two eras to reach certain areas of the map. Fortunately there’s a great hint system (unlocked by watching a couple of ads for each hint) that really helps with this.
