Sword & Sworcery is a point and click adventure game which is “genre-bending” enough for RPG fans to find intriguing: it has been compared to Zelda. The developers describe it as “a mix of laid-back exploration, careful investigation & mysterious musical problem-solving occasionally punctuated by hard-hitting combat encounters.”
What sets it apart is its amazing, atmospheric pixel-style artwork that has won awards. There’s something faintly reminiscent of System’s Twilight about it as well, perhaps its slightly surreal aspect. There really aren’t any other games quite like this, as it’s so unique.
